Just stamp my forhead **VOID**

There is a void in my life.
What that void is I haven't figured out

I'm slowly going through the motions of just living
I get up, I go to work, I go home, I cook dinner, I do laundry, I go to bed
Repeat
day in...
day out...

My life has taken on a series of nothingness
Its a mixture of
Hopelessness
Helplessness
Do-nothing-ness

How does one pull away from the blah's?
How does one know if they are in love or not?
I suppose if you have to question it, you arnt... but.. ????

I feel like I'm nonexistent - like people don't truly see me, am I so ordinary that I'm voidable?
Forgettable?

Confusion
lost
damn it!
Sucks!
Pathetic

Im not liking this alot..
wow.. seriously?

I need to go find some excitment..
Some.... SOMETHING!

Any suggestions?

Barney, it's been my experience that often times periods of "blahs" pass quickly.

Very soon, you wake up and wonder when your life got so hectic.

How does one get out of it, or get through it? By making the decision to do something different.

Try going for a walk after dinner instead of doing laundry, mixing up your grocery shopping day or time. During your lunch break go to a nearby park and just breathe the fresh air.

Tryin' to help, and hope you wake in the morning and you're through this.

Hey there Barney! Oh, a case of the blahs...was just there visiting. I like the idea of changing things up...maybe you need a new hobby or something to fill the time so you don't have time to sit and think about stuff? I find getting myself busy on things can bring me out of a funk. Especially if it's something peaceful like weeding my flower beds.

Barney, it's a season you're going through. They come and go. Each one is different. Each one teaches us something new about ourselves.

You're not invisible. I promise.
